Volunteers
The Peace Village program relies heavily on volunteers from churches, the business community, educators, and other individuals with a wide variety of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Volunteering is easy and fun and you can commit as much, or as little time as your schedule allows. If you choose to volunteer, you do not need to sign up for an entire week or day, or even an entire task. In fact, you can arrange to help for just one or two days; for example, picking up and delivering coffee for two days, or you might choose to assist with one enrichment activity or just help a teacher for a few hours.
If you'd like to volunteer, please complete the form below at your earliest convenience. It's so important to have a firm, reliable schedule for all of our volunteer staff, so getting your volunteer form in the hands of our coordinator soon will be most helpful.

These are some of the tasks for which we need always need volunteers:
- Coffee pick-up
- Lunch pick-up
- Photography
- Snack preparation
- Setting up at 8 am
- Writing thank-you’s
- Lunch monitor
- End-of-Day cleanup
- Contacting kids
- Teaching a class
- Serving on the Board
- Leading an enrichment activity
- Assisting with an enrichment activity
- Being a “floater” and assisting where needed
